West Wight and its coastline is a paradise for dogs and their owners. We warmly welcome your well behaved four-legged friends, but kindly ask that guests bring only 1dog per stay. The internal of the bungalow is cosy, and having more than one dog could lead to unintended wear and tear, as well as affect the overall comfort of your visit. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Cue dog-friendly beaches and eateries, lots of attractions welcoming waggy tails, and walkies galore for you and your canine companion. Island life couldn’t get much better for dog owners, but we’re pretty sure your dog will be most excited about the hikes at your heels. With 70 miles of coastal trails and plenty of paths crisscrossing the countryside, here are some of our favourite dog walk links on the Isle of Wight.
Prohibited Breeds Fenders is on the more residential part of the island and there are a few older and much younger people in the community. In the interest of others safety – especially at the beach or walking in the countryside, we have made the decision in line with the government’s ‘Dangerous Dogs Act 1991’ that the following breeds of dogs are not allowed to stay at the bungalow. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

-
Breeds classified under the Dangerous Dogs Act: XL Bully, Pit Bull Terriers, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero.
-
Other prohibited breeds: Rottweilers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Chow Chows, Alaskan Malamutes, Bull Mastiffs, English Bull Terriers and Japanese Akitas.
With a secure large garden, spacious off-road parking, outdoor taps for washing dirty dogs and out door spaces walkable from the property, FENDERS makes bringing your dog away with you so much easier.
